Tideland’s Nova-65 features unique and proprietary optics which provide a 360° beam at 3°, 5°, 10°, 20° or 30° vertical divergence.
The 10° divergence lens is ideal for fixed or floating aids to navigation while the 20° and 30° lens provides exceptional performance on buoys.
The 3° and 5° lens can be used to meet specific needs that require a much longer range while still using a minimal amount of power.
Computer designed optics provide ranges up to 8Nm, 7Nm, 6Nm and 5Nm with 5°, 10°, 20° and 30° lenses, respectively, while using only 10W of power. A white 3° version is available at 10Nm.
Two options of housings are available: standard general marine use and a ruggedized metal version. IP-66 and IP-68 make the Nova-65 the choice of professionals. The Nova-65 power efficiency provides superior performance in fixed or floating aids to navigation applications.
