Mariella has served for many years in senior leadership roles in the construction and land development industries and forms an integral part of MCL’s Board of Directors. She has also had hands-on experience in MCL’s operations having acted as an interim Managing Director from 2013 – 2014. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Duke University.
James Potter – B.A. (Econ), MSc. Business Economics. James has over 25 years international management experience in a diverse range of organisations that operate in complex and challenging environments, including: National Police, Multinationals, Banking and NonProfits. He has contributed to the success of organisations by leading the startup and development of new services whilst managing stakeholder relationships across varied ownership structures.
John is committed to customer service. A Captain himself, John understands the needs and urgency of MCL customers. John attended a Maritime Academy and enjoyed a career at sea. John has also worked for major oil and gas companies in their marine departments. Understanding, mitigating marine risk and delivering solutions will keep marine operators operating.
Courtney Arthur McNish
Courtney is an experienced professional HR Consultant and IR Consultant/Advocate, practicing in the Caribbean Human Resource environment for over thirty-five years. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the UWI, Cave Hill. He achieved his Associate Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Babson College, Boston Mass USA and also holds a National Diploma in Personnel & Industrial relations. He is a former Vice President Human Resources of Caribbean airlines and group HR Manager at TCL group of Companies.
