INSPECTION OF OFFSHORE PERSONNEL NETS

Marine Consultants (Trinidad) Ltd. has a wealth of experience in the marine safety inspection and rope industries and is capable of inspecting personnel nets used offshore. The inspection will be conducted by our Marine Safety Inspectors, who are authorized to conduct safety inspections for the flag states of Liberia, Marshall Islands, the Bahamas and Barbados, and our in-house Riggers, who assess the integrity of the:

• polypropylene rope
• master links
• lifting slings
• stabiliser
• top and base rings
• platform base of the basket
• rubber chafing pads
• snag/tag lines

Due to the sensitive nature of the product and the lives at risk Marine Consultants (Trinidad) Ltd. as well as the manufacturer is unable to re-certify the product. We can, however, provide a letter of conformity as at the date of inspection. In the event of superficial damage, the stabilizer, floatation cover on the upper ring and herculite tarps can be replaced by Marine Consultants (Trinidad) Ltd.
