CLIENT: British Gas

The installation of the Mooring Buoys at British Gas' platforms, Dolphin and Hibiscus, was entirely executed by Marine Consultants (Trinidad) Ltd. from inception in October 2004 to March 2005.

This new development was undertaken to replace the existing Mooring Buoys which were previously below BGTT's HSE guidelines.

Platforms Dolphin and Hibiscus are supported by service and supply vessels which provide transportation for materials, goods, equipment for sustaining and maintaining the platforms during normal operations or for major projects.

Marine Consultants' involvement in the installation of the Mooring Buoys extended to providing all materials, fabrication, preparation, equipment, supervision, transportation, labour, tools and also installation services to complete the project.
