Tideland’s GSM monitoring system comprises a Quad Band GSM/ GPRS modem, which is fitted into the equipment. Conditions such as position, battery voltage and, go/no go are monitored together with auxiliary contacts. Commands can also be sent to change power level or flash character if required.
Monitoring data is sent via SMS to designated mobile telephones. Google map positions can also be viewed.
Options include a full web based system that records data and displays it on Google maps or Google Earth.
