| Lt.
Cdr. Andre L. Lange RN - Director
Lieutenant Commander Lange, a Trinidadian citizen, served
in the Royal Navy for fifteen years during which time he
sailed on a variety of vessels and commanded a Coastal Minesweeper.
He retired from the Royal Navy in 1961 and returned to Trinidad
to join the Trinidad Pilots and Berthing Masters Association.
Mr. Lange left piloting to devote his time to business activities
involving extensive interests in property and construction
companies as well as in Marine Consultants. In addition
to his marine experience as a Naval Officer and Marine Pilot,
Mr. Lange has a Bachelor of Laws, and is a Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators
and a Fellow of the British Institute of Management.

| Capt.
Patrick G. T. Potter - Director
Captain Potter, a Trinidadian citizen, received his initial maritime training
at the H.M.S. Conway School Training Ship in the United
Kingdom where he was awarded the Queen's Gold Medal. Following
this he served for eleven years in the British Mercantile
Marine obtaining his Masters Certificate Foreign Going.
In 1964, he joined the Trinidad Pilots and Berthing Masters
Association where he served as Director, and retired in
March 1997 to devote his time fully to Marine Consultants.
Mr. Potter is a Member of the Nautical Institute and The
Royal Institute of Navigation, and is the Safety Inspector
for the Republic of Liberia, the Bahamas and The Barbados
Registry.

Potter - Managing Director
James Potter, a Trinidadian citizen, has worked for over
ten years in operations management, business development
and strategic alliances. His experience was gained in an
international environment starting with S.G.S. Redwood in
Trinidad and then in Hong Kong where he served as an Inspector
in the Royal Hong Kong Marine Police. Mr. Potter was a Senior
Business Manager for Securicor International responsible
for and based in Latin America and the Caribbean, after
which he was the Project Manager for the Risk Management
Department in RBTT Financial Holdings.
Mr. Potter has a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics as well as an
MSc. in Business Economics from Manchester University in
the United Kingdom.

Alistair Potter - Operations Manager
Alistair Potter has
over twenty years management experience in the automotive
and marine industries. He was a project manager for a large
Caribbean dry dock where he managed vessel repairs with
specific responsibility for work relating to hulls and the
application of specialist coatings. Prior to joining Marine
Consultants (Trinidad) Ltd., he was the General Manager for
a prominent boat builder specializing in the manufacture of
high performance offshore power boats. |

Gowasack - Sales Manager
Suzanne Gowasack, a
Trinidadian citizen, has over thirty years experience in
Administration and Sales and Marketing. Ms. Gowasack has
worked in the Automotive, Manufacturing and Services Sectors
for both local and international companies, and has been
working in the Marine industry for the past thirteen years.
Ms. Gowasack completed the
Administrative Professional Secretaryship course at the
University of The West Indies (School of Continuing
Studies), and is currently completing an Executive
Masters in Business Management through the University of the
West Indies/Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. |

Richard Figueira - Sales Consultants
Richard is
a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago with over twenty years
experience in buying and selling security equipment.
Richard works closely with the various divisions of the
Ministry of National Security and local private security
firms. As a key Account Executive for some of MCL's major
clients, has developed many valuable relationships within
the industry not only in Trinidad, but in other Caribbean
islands. |

Silbourne Clarke - Technical Manager
Silbourne Clarke is an engineer with over 30 years
experience in third party maintenance management. He spent
most of his career with a multinational corporation where
he managed a large commercial organisation undertaking all
aspects of planned maintenance, repairs, servicing, quality
control and manufacture technical reporting. Silbourne has
been instrumental in the design and modification of
technical assets ranging from armoured vehicles for the
Caribbean and Latin
America to high performance off shore race boats for
competition in the USA - He is an accomplished Trinidad &
Tobago sportsman and has won numerous automobile and power
boat regional and international championships. |
